Important changes to our brand


Dear valued unit holder,

I’m pleased to share with you an exciting change we’re making to our brand. 

We’re building on our overall corporate brand refresh introduced last year – to create a more modern, simplified and connected market presence across our global wealth and investment management business. 

As a result, the Manulife Asset Management brand is changing to Manulife Investment Management.

This change is designed to provide greater clarity about our products and services, and to better reflect our global investment capabilities. It will also help us to deliver a simpler, more consistent and improved customer experience to you. 

What this means for you
As our client, you will start to see the new brand when you interact with us. Across all of our products and services, you will better understand how our offerings are connected, making it easier to understand how we can assist you on your financial journey with us.

For example, with our wealth management expertise in Canada, the United States, and across Asia, our Manulife Investment Management brand reflects all that we have to offer at a global level to individual investors. It highlights our ability to package our wide array of investments to provide you with exceptional choice and flexibility. 

Operationally, this doesn’t change how we operate on a day-to-day basis. This doesn’t affect the products and services we provide today or how we manage our investments. Plus, the same professional unit trust adviser and customer service personnel that you know and trust will continue to provide the highest level of service to you. This won’t affect the trusted relationships we’ve developed and grown together. 

Manulife Asset Management Services Berhad – legal entity name change
As we are changing our brand names, we will also change legal entities that include these brands within their entity names. This includes Manulife Asset Management Services Berhad, which has changed its name to Manulife Investment Management (M) Berhad on 5 November 2019.

This name change does not require any action on your part.
